The Alliance Manager Dashboard lives at /admin/alliance-manager-dashboard (reachable via the top toolbar: Alliance Manager Dashboard). It gives an alliance-wide view of applications, students, and officers, with drill-down views:
- Applications — across all partner institutions, status-filterable.
- Students — every student account and their application state.
- Officers — every Admission Officer and Committee member and their institution assignment.
You can open any application to see its status, activity log, decision notes, and evaluations — but you cannot act on workflow transitions. The People list shows every user in the system, filterable by role.
