This user manual describes how to use the NeurotechEU Joint Masters Admission Portal from the perspective of each kind of person who works with it. Pick your role from the menu and follow the procedures that apply to you.
Choose your role
- Getting Started — for everyone: how accounts are created, how to sign in, how to reset your password.
- Students & Applicants — self-register, complete an application (including the Trajectory Wizard), track status, file appeals.
- Admission Officer — review applications for your institution, run interviews, file evaluations, accept/reject applicants.
- Admission Committee — cross-institution review and appeals.
- Alliance Manager — onboard staff via invitations and monitor alliance-wide activity.
- Common Reference — application states, email notifications, reference numbers, activity log, appeal window.
- Troubleshooting — the things that most commonly go wrong, and how to fix them.
