Accepting an applicant
- On the application edit form, set Assigned Mobility Institution (required).
- Save.
- Click Accept Applicant.
The applicant receives an acceptance email including the mobility placement. If they had been previously rejected, the rejection date is cleared.
Rejecting an applicant
- On the edit form, fill in Decision Notes (required — the reason for rejection).
- Save.
- Click Reject Applicant.
The system auto-records the rejection date and emails the applicant with the reason and appeal instructions. The applicant has 5 working days to file an appeal.
Reverting to draft
Use Revert to Draft (available from Submitted, Eligibility Review, Eligible, or Ineligible) when you need the student to correct or add information. The student is emailed and can edit and resubmit.
What you are not allowed to do
- Open or act on applications outside your institution — you will get a 403.
- Delete applications.
- Perform the committee-only appeal transitions (Accept on Appeal, Reject on Appeal).
