Scheduling an interview
- On the application edit form, fill the Interview section:
- Interview Date (date and time, 24-hour format) — required.
- Interview Meeting Link — URL or meeting details.
- Interview Notes — anything the applicant or panel should know.
- Interview Panel Emails — comma-separated email addresses of panel members.
- Save.
- Click Schedule Interview on the view page.
What happens: the applicant receives an email with the date, time, and joining details. Each panel member receives a separate email containing the applicant’s full profile and document download links.
Rescheduling an interview
- Edit the Interview Date (and panel emails if changed) on the application form and save.
- The system sends Interview Rescheduled emails to the applicant, committee, and panel with the updated details.
Completing the interview
After the interview, click Interview Completed on the application view page.
