Creating your application

From the dashboard, click Create Application. You can Save as Draft at any time and resume later — drafts only become visible to officers after you submit.

Sections you must complete

Applicant InformationAuto-filled from your profile — verify name and email are correct.
Academic BackgroundPrevious institution, diploma/degree title, GPA.
DocumentsTranscript, language proficiency, CV, valid ID (passport or national ID) — all required.
RefereesName and email for two academic referees.
Programme PreferencesComplete the Trajectory Wizard (see next page).

Saving as a draft

Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Save as Draft. Your application is stored with the status Draft and you can return to it from your dashboard at any time.

Submitting

When every required field is filled in, click Save and Submit. Required fields are validated and the trajectory must cover at least 3 domains. On success:

  • Status changes from Draft to Submitted.
  • You receive a confirmation email.
  • Admission officers at your chosen home institution are notified automatically.
If an officer returns your application to draft, you will get an email. Open the application, fix the flagged items, and click Save and Submit again.
