Creating an evaluation

Each evaluation scores the applicant on three equally-weighted criteria (0–100): CV, GPA, Interview.

1. From the application view page, open the evaluations list.
2. Click Create Evaluation. Your user is auto-populated as reviewer.
3. Enter the three scores.
4. Save. The Total Score is calculated automatically (average of the three).
5. The application’s Ranking Score — the average of all evaluation totals — is recalculated automatically.

You can create multiple evaluations per application (e.g. one per panel member); all feed into the ranking.

Assigning a ranking

Click Assign Ranking on the view page. The ranking score is pulled from the evaluations and the application moves to Ranked.
