- From your dashboard, click the application reference to open the view page.
- The status badge at the top shows where your application currently sits.
- The Activity Log at the bottom lists every step taken on your application (date, action, actor, notes).
You also receive email notifications at each major step (eligibility decision, interview scheduled, acceptance or rejection, appeal outcome). See Email notifications at a glance for the full matrix.
If you are accepted
You will receive an email confirming acceptance and specifying your assigned mobility institution for Semester 3. The assignment also appears on your application view page and dashboard.
Interview
When an officer schedules your interview, you receive an email with:
- The date and time
- A meeting link or joining details
- Any notes from the officer
