Every application has an Activity Log at the bottom of its view page listing every event (submission, review, interview, decision, appeal, assignment) with date, action, actor, and notes.
The log is visible to the applicant (their own log), institution officers, committee, and administrators. The log is append-only — it cannot be edited.
Deletion: if an administrator deletes an application, its activity log and all linked evaluations are cascade-deleted with it. If you need a permanent record of an application, export or archive it before deletion.
