You act on applications that target your institution only. The system enforces this automatically — you will not see or be able to act on applications for other institutions.
What you can do
- See every application that named your institution as its preferred home (drafts are hidden).
- Take over an application via Assign to Me.
- Run eligibility review, schedule interviews, complete interviews, file evaluations, rank, and accept or reject.
- Revert an application to draft when the student needs to correct or add information.
How this differs from the Admission Committee
You and the committee share the same set of permissions, but the platform scopes what an Officer sees to applications that match your institution. The committee sees applications across all partner institutions and additionally handles appeals.
Getting in
You receive an email invitation from an Alliance Manager. After registering, you are assigned the Admission Officer role automatically. See Getting Started for the registration flow.
