Every application is assigned a unique reference in the form NTEU-YYYY-NNNNN (e.g. NTEU-2026-00028), plus the applicant’s name in the full title. Quote this reference in any email correspondence.
The same reference forms part of the application’s URL — e.g. /application/nteu-2026-00028 — so you can recognise an application directly from your browser’s address bar.
