Scheduling an interview

  1. On the application edit form, fill the Interview section:
    • Interview Date (date and time, 24-hour format) — required.
    • Interview Meeting Link — URL or meeting details.
    • Interview Notes — anything the applicant or panel should know.
    • Interview Panel Emails — comma-separated email addresses of panel members.
  2. Save.
  3. Click Schedule Interview on the view page.

What happens: the applicant receives an email with the date, time, and joining details. Each panel member receives a separate email containing the applicant’s full profile and document download links.

Rescheduling an interview

  1. Edit the Interview Date (and panel emails if changed) on the application form and save.
  2. The system sends Interview Rescheduled emails to the applicant, committee, and panel with the updated details.

Completing the interview

After the interview, click Interview Completed on the application view page.
