If you are rejected (filing an appeal)

You may file an appeal within 5 working days of the rejection date.

How to file

  1. Open your application from /applicant-dashboard.
  2. Click File Appeal.
  3. Enter your Appeal Reason — explain clearly the grounds on which you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
  4. Submit.
After 5 working days, the File Appeal button disappears and the rejection is final.

Outcomes

  • Accepted on appeal — leads to acceptance with a mobility placement.
  • Rejected on appeal — final, no further action possible.
